Every project in Silvania’s portfolio has passed through a rigorous multi-stage development process — from initial country and project screening through to ongoing monitoring and credit issuance. We maintain a continuous pipeline of projects at every stage.

Stage 1

Country & opportunity screening

235 countries assessed against Silvania’s eight-criteria scoring framework. Priority markets identified.

Stage 2

Scientific & financial due diligence

Detailed ecological assessment, carbon stock analysis, community mapping, and financial modelling.

Stage 3

Structuring & validation

Project design document prepared, methodology selected, independent third-party validation completed.

Stage 4

Development & operations

In-country teams deployed, community partnerships established, monitoring systems activated.

Stage 5

Verification & credit issuance

Annual third-party verification completed, credits issued on public registry and made available to buyers.
